Mhaliya Sigue
Mhaliya S. Sigue is a 23-year old freelance writer who lives in Sampaloc, Manila. She comes from the island province of Marinduque. She graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Arts Major in English at Marinduque State College. Her first job was as a website content writer for a BPO company in Pasig.
